Description: A vintage six inch diameter canvas carry bag, ideal for hickory play. 

Made from 'Corduroy' ribbed canvas to the main body, and with a leather carry handle, base and straps. The bag comes with an attached matching corduroy headcover that can be tucked away in to the main body.  The front ball pocket and attached headcover are both closed up by attractive leather covered buttons.

The original owner has personalised the bag with their name 'W. H. PHELP' on a leather strip attached to the pocket, and initials 'W.H.P' stencilled on to the canvas below.

This would make a lovely bag for any vintage golf or sports memorabilia display.

Condition: Good for age, with all buckles and straps present. No holes or tears, but some staining marks on various parts of the main body. The top leather retain strap that runs around the circumference of the bag has broken and been repaired. All the leather sections are original (over 100 years old), so some of the straps are cracked and fragile in places due to age and use.
