Leather "Clubmakers" stamped Belt

Possibly a 'one-off'. An attractive leather belt with a modified Royal 7 Iron head used for the buckle.

Around the full length of the belt there are stamped famous clubmakers and golfers names.

In total there are 39 individual stamps, including among others;

Tom Morris, Forgan, D & W Auchterlonie, George Nicoll, Gene Sarazen, Walter Hagen, Sam Snead, Robert T Jones, Jack Nicklaus, Harry Vardon, Julius Boros and Willie Park

The leather belt has poppers fitted allowing the buckle to be removed and fitted with another.

In good condition. The Royal 7 Iron buckle shows signs of wear on the sole. The belt is in good condition and I don't think the belt has ever been used, and may have been a prototype sample or display item. The belt end has not been cut to a finished point, allowing the owner to trim to size.

Also marked "W.J. Mortland Jnr. Shaver Lake" on the leather loop where the buckle attaches, who is most likely the designer/maker.
