Club: A Ladies Long Iron (2 iron) with punched face. Made to retail for Fred Whiting, Royal St. George's Golf Club, Sandwich (1914-1947).
Maker: Tom Stewart, St. Andrews, Scotland with 'Pipe' cleek mark.
Year: c.1914-1920
Shaft: Original and straight, firmly fitted to shaft. Vintage early rubber 12" grip.
Swing weight: B4
Length: 37" Heel to butt of shaft
Loft: 28 degrees.
Condition: Good for age. Clear T. Stewart 'Pipe' cleek and oval makers marks.
Other details: Punched face Long Iron. Some slight corrosion marks on back of blade, but the face is good, with well defined and deep punch marks.
