Club: Playable socket-head 'IDEAL' model Brassie and 3 Iron.
Maker: Golfer's Supply Company, Glasgow, Scotland made for Tom Trapp, Shirley Park Golf Club, Croydon (1914-1932).
Year: c.1926
Shafts: Both original, stamped 'Tom Trapp's IDEAL', straight shafts, with vintage suede grips and new replaced whipping.
Lengths: Brassie 42.5" and 3 Iron 38.25"
Lofts: Brassie 16 degrees, 3 Iron 28 degrees
Swing Weights: Brassie C2, 3 Iron C8
Condition: Good for age. Shafts have no visible signs of cracks or splits. Clear makers name stamp for Tom Trapp and 'The Scot' cleek mark of the Golfer's Supply Co., Glasgow on the iron head. The persimmon brassie head has a few scuff marks on the sole and dents on the sole plate from use. The rustless hand forged iron head has a lined face with zig-zag vertical boarders and is firmly fitted to the hickory shaft. Both clubs have the initials 'V.W.' stamped on them of a previous owner. New whipping on necks and grips.
