  • Description

Rare example of an early, probably Edwardian (c.1901-1910) golf ball retriever.

Bamboo wood handle, with attached metal ring at one end with string net  to capture the ball.

The overall length is 50", a little longer than a driver, so can be carried within the bag.

Diameter of net 3.5"

Excellent condition for age. No cracks, splits, or damage other than age related corrosion to metal parts.

This is the last one of two golf ball retrievers being sold from the David Stirk Collection (renowned golf historian).
