They are, from left to right:</p><p><strong>Water Iron ‘The President’ niblick by W.G.Roy for playing the ball from water c.1879</strong></p><p><strong>Rake Iron ‘The Major’ mashie by Winton &amp; Co., Montrose, Scotland c.1905</strong></p><p><strong>Driver A long-nose driver with shallow face, by Hugh Philp c.1840</strong></p><p><strong>Long Spoon A long-nose club by Willie Dunn Sr. with a lofted and well-hooked face c.1850</strong></p><p><strong>Putter A long-nose putter by Willie Park Sr. c.1870</strong></p><p>They are hand-made by the Davies family of Westward Ho!, who through a continuous line of clubmaking apprentices, can trace their golfing heritage back to the early Scottish feather ball and golf club makers.
