- Description
This fan display is available in two (£150), three (£180), four (£210), and five club options.
These are faithful quarter-size miniature replicas of golf clubs c.1840-1905. They are, from left to right:
Water Iron ‘The President’ niblick by W.G.Roy for playing the ball from water c.1879
Rake Iron ‘The Major’ mashie by Winton & Co., Montrose, Scotland c.1905
Driver A long-nose driver with shallow face, by Hugh Philp c.1840

They are hand-made by the Davies family of Westward Ho!, who through a continuous line of clubmaking apprentices, can trace their golfing heritage back to the early Scottish feather ball and golf club makers. The miniatures are made using the same traditional methods and materials employed in full-size clubs of this era.
